Dusala is a luxury fashion brand creating handcrafted Kashmiri textiles and occasionwear. For its Royal Banarasi Collection, every piece needed imagery that felt as considered as the garment—not plain catalogue shots that undersold the craft.
The challenge
The collection included 17 products across men’s waistcoats, long jackets, cape jackets, and coordinated sets. A traditional production route meant a model, stylist, heritage-looking location or elaborate set, and multiple shoot days. That process was difficult to repeat as new colourways and SKUs arrived.
The creative challenge was more specific than producing images quickly: each visual needed to protect Dusala’s premium positioning through jewel tones, heritage interiors, flattering product framing, and a consistent campaign world.
The production approach
IAAI began with creative direction rather than generation. We reviewed existing campaign references and defined the visual language: grand interiors, chandeliers, marble, warm light, and styling suited to each product category. That direction informed the settings, poses, framing, and colour treatment for the collection.
From there, the team created product-led campaign variations and refined individual outputs where garment fit, weave detail, or colour needed attention. The work was delivered in batches, allowing the brand to prepare product listings as each group was ready rather than wait for every asset to be final.
The seven-day workflow
- Day 1: brand and product research.
- Day 2: creative direction for settings, styling, and pose direction.
- Days 3–5: production of 40+ campaign-image variations across the collection.
- Day 6: selection and refinements for colour, weave detail, and fit.
- Day 7: delivery of the selected campaign imagery for product listings and social use.
What changed
Dusala had a scalable route to styled campaign imagery for the full collection without booking a physical location, model, stylist, or shoot day. The output included eight distinct heritage-inspired settings, giving the range visual variety while remaining coherent with the brand’s luxury fashion positioning.
This is production proof, not a claim about media performance: IAAI does not publish conversion or engagement numbers without verified client data. The measurable result of this engagement was production capacity—more visual options, faster readiness for listings, and a repeatable creative workflow for a growing catalogue.
Why this matters for eCommerce teams
New SKU launches should not have to wait behind a full production schedule. When the creative direction is clear, an AI-assisted workflow can help teams create more product-specific visual range while retaining the brand judgment, quality control, and creative intent that protect premium positioning.
